Citrus Print Part I

Dear Diary,
I am a huge fan of print and food! That is what instantly drew me in to Stella McCartney’s innovative spring line. This citrus print collection for me was love on a silk fabric, but certainly out of my budget! Lol.
I found a blouse with a similar print at Zara in the summer, and I decided to give my purchase a spin by incorporating it into 2 different looks over the the week. Here is a sneak peek of my upcoming post.
Karl Lagerfeld pour SEPHORA
Dear Diary,
Chief designer of Chanel’s fashion house, Karl Lagerfeld is hitting the beauty retailer Sephora with his own holiday collection on Nov 6. The goodies include a doll in his image, nail polish, and other accessories. Unfortunately, those of us in the states will not be seeing the line on our side of the globe. They can only be purchased in the Europe and Singapore locations :(. Doesn’t mean we cant stare at the images and dream *sigh*

Dear Diary,
What do you do when you want to spruce up your wardrobe? FASHION ACCESSORIES!! They are decorative items that complement and supplement clothing, like handbags, jewelry, hats, watches,sunglasses,scarves,tights and so on. Here are some photos of me and a few of the accessories i own.
I feel a personal connection to each and every accessory i purchase. They all serve a purpose and can be played with in different ways. A plain dress can be transformed into a fun look with a printed head scarf/clutch. T-shirt and jeans can also be given an edge with the right bracelets ,earrings or necklace.

The weekend is here again and the weather is absolutely bipolar! Can’t complain though, I would take 75 degrees of heat anyday over a cold climate.

Dear Diary,
Ever heard the saying, “Wear your best for the Lord?” Diligence can be applied to your everyday wardrobe.
There is nothing wrong with wearing a stylish outfit to church. So long as it is appropriate of course
;-).
I raided my mother’s closet and found this three-quarter applique tunic. She always has timeless pieces that come in handy!
Paired with a white ribbed tank, cross necklace, and clutch from f21.
High waist trousers, and suede courtside pumps are both from Zara.

I was cleaning out my closet and came across my L.A.M.B leather ely strappy sandals in a
size 8.5 that have not seen the light of day!! So i decided…what better way than to have a shoe giveaway?? Because i know there is someone out there who will wear and show them wayyy more love than i have been able to do LoL.

Street Style
Dear Diary,
My posting today is dedicated to the 3 amigos. The fellas were out and about for Fashion’s night out in their bohemian getup, bonding with everyone on the scene. Being that it was the commencement of fashion week, the easy way out would have been to take a more dapper/fashion forward approach. They however stuck to their free spirit sense of style, and iiii loved it!
