STRIPES x MYTH HOUSE IN 2 WAYS: FUNKY & FLIRTY

Dear Diary,

Giving you midriff and major leg action with this second look. I love pairing crop tops and flirty skirts with ankle boots, especially this patent leather pair. It adds a sudden edge and excitement to the entire look.

COATED skinnies x OMBRE jacket

Dear Diary,

I go through moods when it comes to clothing, and lately, I have been very interested in minimal pieces with standout details or outer layers.  Take this white top for instance, simple cut but the asymmetric bottom gives it a little excitement. With the pairing of the skinny pants and ombre denim sleeve jacket from Dries Van Noten.

BNKR ft. THE C/MEO COLLECTIVE CROP

Dear Diary,

I am a lover of all things cropped. Which is why I couldn’t get enough of this voluminous top from Fashion Bunker. I purchased this top as a co-ord  set (here)  for my birthday, and the great thing about co-ords is you don’t just have to wear them as a set all the time. You also have the option of mixing and matching each piece with other articles of clothing.

PLAIN WHITE SHIRT x ANKARA SKIRT

Dear Diary,

I usually wear a lot of color and printed outfits, but lately I have been in the mood for balancing my loud pieces with plain tops or bottoms. Take this ankara pencil skirt for instance, I love the green and aubergine color combination, and the flounce bottom just makes you want to do a double-take. To keep the look simple, I paired it with a plain button up and plain sandals. Add your pop of red lips, and you’re ready to conquer the day.

RED BOMBER JACKET

Dear Diary,

Bombers are usually styled as your casual outerwear. In my world, a bomber can be worn in many different ways at any occasion.  I purchased this red nylon piece at an American Apparel sale. You would have snagged it too , if you only had to pay $6. Another thing that immediately  drew me to it was that striking shade of red… Valentino red.  Rarely would you find a bomber jacket with snaps in this hue. A white button up for the back-to-schoolers, black pleated mini skirt and thigh high boots for your night out on the town with your girls. I might just create a post showing how else you can incorporate this piece into your everyday lifestyle. Stay tuned…
